Clay-O-Rama – Kegan Hollis: Students will create both functional and sculptural ceramic pieces inspired by pop culture and everyday objects.  A great introductory camp for kids to learn the basics of hand building with clay. This camp will explore methods like coil, pinch, slab and texture design on sculptural ceramics. Due to limited time finished fired pieces will need to be picked up approximately 2 weeks after the camp is over.

Power of Pattern – Abigail Squyres: Ever wonder why some patterns make your eyes dance, while others make you feel calm? In this class students will decode the world’s most famous designs! From prehistoric cave paintings to the modern abstract artists like Paul Klee, Piet Mondrian and Bridget Riley. Campers will travel through time to discover how artists have used pattern to create art for centuries.
