Art School Gallery
In the spring of 2008, The Art School launched a new visual classroom to exhibit works by its faculty and students. While the Austin Museum of Art presents “formal” exhibitions in the main galleries at its two locations that focus primarily on twentieth-century and contemporary American art, The Art School Gallery provides “informal” exhibitions of work by Art School faculty and students.
The Art School Gallery is designed to highlight work by our talented faculty, educate, motivate, and reward our students, nurture creative families by exhibiting children’s art, and serve as a forum for the exchange of art ideas and techniques. Current and former Art School faculty and students ONLY as recommended by current faculty are eligible to show.
